Hi!
Happy Summer!
We are so excited to share a few quick updates.

NEW TEAM MEMBER
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our small business. If you haven’t heard already, my husband Josh has joined the team full time to help me produce more goods and sell at markets. To walk away from a steady career as a business account manager is a huge deal on his part. But, it’s been a really nice transition so far. A year ago, I started this, and had no idea I’d have an employee already, which is just incredible. And I couldn’t do it without you. So thank you again.
We are still training a little, so microgreens will be more readily available soon. π I have very high standards, so we want to make sure everything meets those standards before sharing with others.

NEW MARKET – CINNAMON ROLLS
WOW Azle!Β We are so blessed to have joined the Azle Farmers Market as a permanent vendor, and the grand opening did not disappoint. We sold out in about two hours. Next time, we will be back with more greens and bread.
And due to demand, we will work, especially, on getting cinnamon rolls to you since so many didn’t get to try yet. I promise it’s worth the wait. β€οΈ

NEW SIZE OF BUTTER BREAD
The people have spoken. I love that you all are loving the butter sourdough bread. We have decided to increase the size to our other sourdough breads, so pricing has increased (but not really, haha!) by $2.

If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s a super soft sandwich bread and more of a blonde color if that’s your jam. It does have a little bit more sweetness to it and fat content due to European butter, but no artificial or unnecessary ingredients. Be sure to grab at our next market or local pickup. You won’t be disappointed.
MORE JALAPEΓO BREAD

We have increased jalapeΓ±o bread, but need to increase again. π π€£ It’s usually the first to sell out, so we are working on more for you.
Waiting eagerly for our oven…

Speaking of which, we are in talks with our oven manufacturer weekly, eagerly waiting for our oven.
When this happens, we will broadcast this change across all platforms, and will be able to significantly increase quantities. This oven is no joke and if I may say so, is quite expensive – haha! But a worthy investment.
I do ask, when this happens, you come out and support us. Buy a loaf for a friend!
In my current situation, I have to do a crazy dance of manual injection of steam and constantly monitoring for success of loaves. I went from 22-hour shifts on Fridays to 17, which is nice thanks to the husband, but this will further help us be more efficient. To bring you more yummies and consistency in them.
It’s going to be amazing.
FRUIT
The fruit trees my family and I planted 13 years ago are doing so well, but apricots are pretty much over now. They were nice while they lasted. Peaches are slowly going out, too. I expect to have apples and pears in the future, which will be fun.
But plums, I should still have a steady week or two.
I was delighted to overhear a customer at a market say about our plums, “These are so delicious. You just can’t get these at the store!” So snag some plums while you can.
Don’t hesitate to reach out with questions. I hope you have a great month. I’ve attached our schedule. See you soon!
