New Bread Oven Coming!!!
We are super excited to be getting a Simply Bread Oven which can make 14 loaves at a time.Β We look forward to increasing production across the board with this helpful equipment.Β This will allow us to get more done in less time to meet demand at current markets and expand to other events as well. If you’d like to see us at any local events, we’d love to hear your feedback. This should be here by end of June.

Sandwich Loaf Updates
We are making changes to our loaf pans for sandwiches. The Pullman loaves will not be compatible with our new oven and take hours to clean. We are switching to a different type of loaf pan, so know that they texture and overall weight, shape, etc should be same, but may appear a little more wide. This should not impact integrity of loaf.
Below you can see previous sandwich loaf (left) and the new shape (right). I can be more artistic with your designs in this type of pan as well which is a perk.
