Sourdough Bread and Baked Goods
Classic sourdough – made with 3 clean ingredients throughout the year. Organic flour, filtered water, and salt. Fermented for up to 36 hours for optimal results. Seasonal flavors change frequently.
Chocolate chip sea salt cookies featuring wild yeast from our starter.
Exclusive items are offered at different retail locations including our sourdough butter bread at Cowtown Farmers Market and sourdough rye pretzels at Denton Community Market.
Microgreens
Grown indoors year-round with organic seeds and soil.
Trays are cleaned with nontoxic essential oils and distilled water.
Our most popular varieties are radish, arugula, broccoli, sunflower, and pea shoots.
Chicken Eggs
From pasture raised chickens on our farm. Happy days in the sun with lots of bugs to eat and a diet full of healthy microgreens and more.
