Hi everyone!
How are ya?
I know it’s been a minute since I’ve made a post.
When you start a business, you never know what will happen. Scaling up is a reality I welcomed but had to direct all my attention to. π New market, porch pickup, and farm updates coming your way.
We had a blast during the holidays (hooray for snow day) and sharing the yummiest valentines treats with you! I particularly loved the strawberry cookies, but raspberry white chocolate bread is such a classic, flavorful combo!
Did you have a favorite? (I’d say the runner up for me would be the champagne cookies) π Let me know!
New Market
As always you can find us at Cowtown Farmers Market year round and the Restore and Revive Farm Co-Op. But we are so excited to join the Denton Community Market family!
Definitely, come check out the awesome vendors and enjoy our exclusive *Denton Only* menu.
For both markets, you can find our spring special item returning…
Dill Gouda Sourdough
And for Easter… Pretty, edible designs.

At Denton…
After months of endless experimentation and testing ratios, proofing, and techniques, I finally have perfected my sourdough pretzels and bagels made with rye flour. And, of course, pretzels would not be complete without flaky salt. I had dozens of people taste test and approve of these recipes. Yummy!
This is our grand opening menu!

Farm Updates:

Hattie, our apron-wearing chicken, is almost ready to have her apron removed now that her injury is almost healed.
We are experimenting with lots of fun microgreens (Amaranth is soooo pretty) and STRAWBERRIES, peppers, and tomatoes at the moment. Different methods of germination and growing plants. Strawberries are our next focus to really master.
We have also been continuing our education on growing food, really taking time to understand the process and all our options, as well as plan the logistics of it so we can continue to grow smoothly. We will let you know as soon as we have more produce for sale.

Porch pickups should resume on Thursdays in March. (We are working on house repairs and germination room, so we had to drop those for February).
Thank you for supporting us!
