We are so excited to bring you updates this month.

What’s new???

New oven!

Our new oven and what went behind setting it up! We also briefly reflect on what things looked like last year to now as we have grown. Couldn’t have done it without you. ❀️

After ten weeks on backorder, it’s finally here! I can go from baking 4 loaves to 18 at a time. Not only will this increase quantity, but instead of manually injecting steam, it does it for me in a push of a button. And I am so thrilled!

I am playing around with it today and perfecting my process. ❀️

New market!

This is going to be a wild weekend with three markets, so please remember Cutoff for preorders Saturday is Thursday night. If you miss this, your best chance to get a specific item you want is showing up right at 8 AM πŸ˜„ πŸ˜…

Once I get in the groove of this oven…

I plan to have more sandwich loaves, English muffins, and cookies due to demand.

I’m also spending hours in the kitchen perfecting other recipes. But you’ll have to stay tuned on our socials to catch those announcements. πŸ˜‰

Sourdough Snickerdoodles

Glad to hear you guys love these. If still on the fence, be sure to order these next market if you like cinnamon!

Apple butter coming soon!  Our first tasting will be at the sourdough class!

I will open up preorders later today. I injured myself setting oven up, while having to prep bread and cookie orders, and it’s hard to type with my fingers.  But I am very happy!
