April 2024 Newsletter

Hi!  I hope everyone is having a wonderful spring. Excitement is “rising” here at The Holmestead. Be sure to check out our latest schedule below.
April is going to be a busy month, so be sure to get your orders in!

BABY CHICKS ARE HERE

We’re so excited to add to our flock this season. You can now spot black astralorps, more Easter eggers, and more white loghorms in our workshop. They are happy, healthy, and thriving! As demand has increased, we realized we needed more chicks, but honestly, I feel like there’s never a reason NOT to get more baby chicks. Haha! Can’t wait to watch them grow up and live their best lives.

FAQ: Did you change your name?
NO! There has been some confusion over my business name over this last week or so as a local business has recently started with a name very similar to mine. I want to assure you my product and availability have not changed over the last year. If my product doesn’t have my holmestead logo on it, it is not my product , so I can’t stand behind the results of it.

I have been in operation since 2023 and have had the same consistent product with overwhelming positive feedback and growth. Glory to God for that!
With that being said if if you have questions or concerns, reach out to me. It’s unfortunate that another baking business picked a name so similar to mine so close to me (if by some small chance they’re seeing this I repectfully would like to ask you reconsider your business name as it could confuse both of our customer bases – haha) but thankful for my amazing customer base, their unwavering support, and getting to bless them with all the goodies!!!

NEW BREAD BAGS
While my logo will remain the same as I’m streamlining the business, be on the lookout for new  bread bags for my packaging. You may get a mix of old and new.  My sticker supplier I have not been too happy with, so I’m excited to embrace a better, sleeker alternative.
Microgreens packaging should remain the same as I love the clamshells!  I have started adding a food grade dehydrating packet to prevent condensation, but of course, cracking lid in the fridge in a crisper drawer is best.
Eggs I’ve changed to see through cartons so you can admire your beautiful dozen before you take it home.

FlAVOR REQUESTS?
If you have any flavor requests, give me a shout. Love hearing from y’all.

In conclusion…

April is packed with fun events, so don’t be a stranger!   Come out and enjoy some fresh finds. Tag me in a post! I’ll send you a custom coupon code to save on your next purchase. ❀️
